I 5x'd my income! I launched my website! I fleshed out my offerings three times over, and raised my prices! I mean, literally, my business is the tangible result of Expansion.
Before Expansion, I was taking what I could get. I had absolutely no trust that I could build a sustainable, thriving business. I felt like a huge imposter, and that was keeping me stuck and playing small.
Expansion laid the groundwork for the internal work that needed to happen (and continues to happen) to go all in on my business. It's completely transformed how I see myself, my business, my life. Literally everything. I couldn't be more grateful.

Before Expansion, I felt completely lost. I had left my job, ready to go all in on my new business, but I froze. I was picking up jobs here and there with no real plan and no real trust. After Expansion, I am running a thriving business, but more than that, I am creating a life that feels spacious. I would say that being inside Expansion feels like the answer to a prayer. From the hot seat coaching pods to the vault full of resources, everything just made so much sense, and it was all so intentionally built: a true temple that welcomed us in without judgement, and allowed us to walk out so much stronger and whole.
I clarified my core message and who my client archetype is. I simplified my business ecosystem and decided to finally break up with 1:1s, which I was so scared to do but so ready for. At the forefront of all my offers and future creations, capacity will always come first. I organized my business back-end in Notion.
I took a mini sabbatical while I was in Expansion and got out of functional freeze! (The biggest win of them all!)
I finally know what it looks like to choose myself and keep the highest vision of my dream life at the forefront. Got to connect with so many expanders, the people I used to pray to meet.
And now after Expansion, I’m feeling safe enough now to actually slow down and see that the world doesn't end when I stop forcing myself to always be on the "go, go, go."
I've been in so many business masterminds, and what Maia have built is the exact world I always wanted to be a part of. She has created something revolutionary in the world of business, this changed me on a cellular level.
When I started Expansion, I was living in Ecuador, and my vision was to relaunch my core offer and generate the income to support myself abroad the way I had been. But life had other plans. Instead of the constant "go, go, go" and overriding my body's capacity, I got sick, packed up my life, and moved back to NYC.
In the moment it felt like I had failed and lost everything I'd built over the last 4 years, but in reality, it was the very thing that fully set me free.
I now know how to sit with discomfort, trust my body, and beyond that, trust the timing of the Universe. I really see this time inside Expansion as the modern-day ashram I went into to learn how to recognize when I'm dysregulated, to trust community and sisterhood once again, and to begin reconnecting with my voice, my dreams, and my vision for the future.

I doubled the revenue I made in the 6 months I was in the program compared to the 6 months before joining Expansion. So many!!! I launched Rooted Impact, my first-ever group training container: something that had lived in my mind for years but finally found form. I built it, launched it, and it's now completing its second round beautifully. I also launched two Substacks that gave my creative writing a home and connected me with an incredible community. My messaging, brand voice, and direction all became crystal clear. Financially, I've doubled, nearly tripled, my capacity for income while feeling far more aligned with my work. Everything feels structured, creative, and sustainable.
My revenue has at least doubled since joining Expansion, and I can confidently say that Maia's guidance and the structure of the mastermind directly influenced that growth. It wasn't just financial strategy; it was the energetic and visionary recalibration that made the income sustainable and meaningful.
Visibility no longer threatens my sense of self, but expands it. Inside the Circle space, the support was IN DEPTH. I always felt like Maia put a ton of time and energy into reviewing whatever we shared there, and offered advice that was super personalized. And the energy of the other people in the group was soooo encouraging; it felt like we were always celebrating each other's wins so genuinely. After having some experiences that jaded me a little bit re: asking for help in my business, it was soooo healing to feel like everyone in the group really had each other's best interests at heart and championed each other's dreams together.

○ I launched my membership space which was a HUGE dream in the making, and something that added so much stability to my business and replaced revenue from other offers that had been holding me back from growth and weren't congruent with the lifestyle I wanted. ○
○ I simplified my offer suite MAJORLY, so that I don't have to juggle so many launches or create new things all the time, but I didn't have to sacrifice any revenue. The first time I relaunched my signature offer after deciding to bring it back in Expansion, it was the highest-revenue launch I've ever had. I DEFINITELY am working way less than I was before, and my income is more consistent thanks to the business model we created together there!!

When I said YES to Expansion, it wasn't to get more money or more clients. I had already been building my brand for years, with solid offers and an established, engaged community.
What was missing was SECURITY (feeling calm, safe, and stable within that) and SIMPLICITY. I didn't trust that I could succeed if I wasn't constantly striving, so I was always overcomplicating things for myself just to stay busy and moving.
Expansion not only allowed me to restructure my business to FEEL much simpler and more easeful without sacrificing any revenue in the process, it also helped me recalibrate my nervous system to be okay with simplicity, to trust in what's "enough," and to embrace the space that comes along with that, and Expansion played a huge role in that.
I think folks need to know how much it really can change you on a cellular level to have a group of people cheering you on and championing your dreams with you. I also HIGHLY recommend that you dedicate a lot of energy to this space: attend the calls, schedule time to check in with the community, stretch yourself to ASK for help even if that doesn't come naturally to you (like me!). Soak up the lessons. Use the tools. Let yourself be held. And you'll see amazingggg results.

I went from 5,000 USD months to 15,000 USD months, after a year of working with Maia from ASTC to Expansion. It's not just about the net value; it's how I feel about making it or not making it. The neutral charge of dealing with numbers without personalizing it.
I never felt shame again when I felt that my numbers may not be as big as the community I'm surrounded with, because I'm so obsessed with where I come from (Egypt), and this was a whole new cellular memory!

I felt stretched in a different way. I didn't feel that growth is this icky feeling you push through to be able to fit into the room of powerful women, that culture that's engulfed your mind from corporate. I felt expanded by how possible it is to walk on the edge of reality, go at your own pace, and still celebrate success, because you're obsessed with your own path.
Just after submitting the application, through the self-study material and the decision to be that woman, I came up with the pricing model that sold out my women's retreats and my business mentorship. I came up with an idea that helps me double my income stream while working fewer hours and preparing for maternity leave. I generally worked less, tripled my income, and had the most fun finding my tribe without burning out.

Expansion has given me the tools to trust myself and to let my nervous system feel safe with the changes and the pivots I'm doing.
I was able to increase my income by 50%, mostly because I worked on having the audacity to ask for more and to feel safe in it. I used to be so scared of charging high, because I'm a tiny brown girl from the Philippines, and the Philippines is known for cheap labor. I would say that took a big chunk of the work I needed to do.
When I was able to find peace in my identity and reshape that story in my head, I believe that was the trigger, and now I'm in overflow. Literally everyone wants to work with me and everyone wants to pay me.
If you’re thinking of taking Expansion: I would say, TAKE THE FRICKIN LEAP! This is the first step to living that dream life :)

I started Expansion with just myself and a freelance editor. Right now, I doubled my income, I am fully booked until August of 2026 (it's May 2026 as of this writing), we are now a team of 5, I am finally able to achieve time freedom, and now I'm living a version of myself that had been on my vision board for yeaaars.
The modules were so profound and so valuable that every time I finished watching one, I made sure to apply it immediately to my clients and to my life. During Expansion, I called in my first high-ticket clients from ONE STORY using Maia's launch methodology. I designed and sold my first container WITH EASE. I was hired as a coach for an agency that helps my ideal clients build their business roadmaps and personal brands. I FINALLY started showing up on social media from a place of ease and authenticity, and learned to market and sell in a way that actually feels fun and joyful through Maia's embodied marketing methodology.
I got hyper clear on my income and lifestyle goals, with a roadmap to get there.
But honestly, the biggest change was inside: I'm no longer paralyzed by perfectionism or the fear of being seen. The things that used to feel terrorizing feel fun and joyful now, and I feel capable of creating anything I set my mind to.

The community is one of the most beautiful, expanding parts of Expansion. The women Maia attracts are NEXT LEVEL, not just in business, but as human beings.
It's an environment where it's safe to be vulnerable AND to own our wins, with full support, encouragement, and belief from Maia and every woman in the group. This level of community is honestly healing for the sisterhood wound, and you get a FRONT ROW SEAT to all these visionaries' processes, wins, and challenges. It's paradigm shifting. I could feel the magic building even when I signed up, but I had NO IDEA how life-changing it would be.
I came in overwhelmed and unable to hold everything I dreamt of; I now feel fully capable and deserving of holding not just what I've created, but everything I'm still dreaming of.

Wow, too many. I brought a calendar system into my life + Notion. I launched the second round of my signature program x100000 elevated (new platform/new content/elevated my pricing, etc.) and now I'm living it, amazed every day at what I'm creating. My way of holding space has been so inspired by Maia, seeing her come just as she is to the calls, giving the nectar already inside her, gave me permission to do the same: to be myself, trust my knowledge, and open a space that's alive itself.
The biggest has been my capacity to hold discomfort and keep going for the big vision: not abandoning when life gets stretchy, but holding it with grace. I still have a looot to learn, but even realizing that has been so revealing and I'm making decisions from a different place now.

How can I even begin? My transformation has been so deep and subtle that it's hard to fully put into words.
When I joined Expansion, everything felt a bit scattered and messy: ideas, projects, ways of working. Slowly things began to land with all of the tools and resources.
I organized my projects, ideas, and schedule in Notion in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
I put together my service deck, clarified my client journey, and defined my brand promise. I finally understood how to translate my interests into intentional content themes and began writing in a more organized way.
And beyond the tangible… I started noticing how naturally the branding and design process flows through me, and I turned that into a methodology I can return to whenever I feel lost. I've even started writing SOPs for every type of project!
Opportunities began to shift, too. I started receiving invitations to be part of projects that truly align with my vision.
And what I found most valuable: something deeper clicked. I found a real connection between my professional and spiritual practices, allowing me to imprint my soul into the work I do.
I've been able to take on new projects that challenge me, and meet them with excitement and curiosity instead of anxiety and stress! And being comfortable with figuring things out through doing instead of thinking. There's something about this space that feels deeply magical. You can tell it's been crafted with intention and presence, with such generosity and a kind of wisdom that moves through Maia and holds everything together.
Stepping into Expansion felt like entering a whole new world for me – one that kept unfolding, revealing layers, insights, and unexpected treasures along the way.

When I first joined Expansion, I thought I was stepping into a business-focused experience that would require me to operate in the same ways that had brought me this far. And while that was a good part of it, what I found was something much deeper and more transcendental.

I came into Expansion saying yes to work that didn't always fit because turning down anything felt like a missed opportunity. What I needed was clarity.
Expansion helped me slow down long enough to properly package up what I do and why I do it, so it's clear not only to me, but to anyone I work with. Once that clicked into place, rhythm and momentum followed. Thanks to the no's I was able to give, space cleared for the right collaborators to appear naturally.

Expansion felt both like being held and being stretched. I arrived afraid, knowing there was so much of myself I wanted to become, knowing I had to move past the fear, but completely overwhelmed by the path ahead. I received tenderness when I needed it, and redirection when it was called for.
I Finally created the program I've been cooking for 2 years (and it only took me a month lol). Finally charged adequately for my work. I didn't work fewer hours, but I worked better hours. I created a calendar system that works. I have a morning routine I love (to break and return to). I have a wealth management system and finally understand how to organize money. I sold out the first program I created, and I have literally SO MANY COLLABS COOKING IT'S BLOWING MY MIND. Went on my first podcasts. Met so many inspiring people.

Before Expansion I felt scared of being a business owner, of the responsibility this path demanded from me. I felt scared of my medicine, and financially lost. After Expansion I feel complete trust in my path. I know I can do what I set out to do. I trust my power, my voice. I trust what I'm building. I trust my pace. I trust my decisions. That's the biggest thing: the trust I developed in this beautiful journey I get to create for the rest of my life.
I feel a lot safer being seen. This journey started in creative living, but the breakthroughs are still happening. I moved through immense layers of generational fear when it comes to my own ability to hold the life I want, to create, and to receive.
My only regret is not having done Expansion sooner. I thought I needed to have my shit more together before I joined, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I had no business plan, no organized vision, NO SYSTEMS, and Expansion gave me all of that, PLUS the somatic tools to handle my own growth at all levels. It's worth every penny.

The first thing is that I redefined my business strategy and my ecosystem. I redesigned and increased the price of my star offer (The Unfolding), and I am so ready to show it and give it to the world.
All of this while I was redoing my whole website lol. The idea of the "Erothéka" (AAAHHH!!!) came through, and it inspires and stretches me on its own in a yummy way; can't wait to offer it.
I feel I can, and I actually feel that capacity and energy, even during some of the hardest months I've had in ages, to do what I (honestly think) was born to do and have the best life doing it.
Biggest three visions expanded:
○ I can see now that my personal life fuels my business, and that I'm one of those who lead by example.
○ I can see clearly how to actually make more without burning out: I created the seed of a low-lift and high-impact business strategy that actually feels really good in my body, possible, exciting, and smart.
○ Even in these hard times, I've kept coming back to what I've learnt in Expansion: appreciate and stay in the void, go 5% slower, somatic practice that works for me (dancing), and I didn't give up my workout routine like I always do. Honestly, I'm sure that not having lost myself in grief and anxiety has had a lot to do with being in this space, and I'm so proud of myself ❤️🩹
summary of expansion:
Before Expansion I wasn't sure how I could continue with my business. I didn't know what I was doing wrong, and I had started feeling like I wasn't meant to have a business, that maybe I was never going to make it (financially but also energetically). After Expansion (and throughout it and beyond), I feel I can. And it's as simple as that.
It gave me exactly what I needed: the expanded business vision and strategy, and the permission to stay connected to my body and its wisdom in the process. I recognise my energy and power, and I'm owning it because I'm able to hold it.
nervous system shift
Ayyy I don't know where to start without bursting into tears lol. I've created an even bigger and kinder space within my body to be okay in the void. I feel more confidence and trust in the process even when I feel terrible. Like I know how to support myself, take care of myself, and go at my own pace. I feel full of permission to bring my whole energy to my business (even when I feel like it's too much) and let WTS be filled with all that electricity. I feel that Maia (and the other Expansion queens) mirrored my true self, my power, and my capacity to be who I am and go wherever I want to go. I look at myself in a different way, like my body and my mind can actually recognise those fearful and constraining voices and stop them, because they are nothing against the love and power that I hold.

tangible breakthroughs/somatic shifts:
I launched my first group container, literally built the landing page, created some content around it, and sold it out… and I already have folks on the waitlist for the next round.
What I really walked away with was not just strategy, but a completely expanded sense of possibility. The curriculum, the Notion templates, the somatic work, the way Maia bridges energetics and practicality together: it felt like so much more than I expected to receive.

○ Started my first ever group container and sold out every spot… whaaaattttt the…!
○ Expanding my sense of what is actually possible for my work and beyond
○ Beginning to create from a place that feels so deeply true and expansive for me
summary of expansion:
Before Expansion, I think I felt deeply devoted to my work but still carried a lot of limitation around what was actually possible for it. I came in focused on the business I shared with my partner, without fully realizing there was also something within me asking to emerge independently. After Expansion, I feel connected to a much greater sense of possibility for my life and work. I trust my voice more deeply. I take my vision more seriously. And I feel more willing to let myself fully step toward the things I know I'm here to create.
And one thing that deeply stayed with me was how generous and devoted she is. The fact that she offered people opportunities to teach workshops inside the container said so much to me. It felt like she genuinely wanted people to step into their gifts and be seen in them. She's a true gem: honest, intuitive, and devoted to your INEVITABLE EXPANSION!

I FINALLY started the second business I've been dreaming about for the past 3 years. I didn't burn my current business to the ground; I have bigger, better plans for it instead. I took a real vacation without my laptop for the first time in only God knows how long. I hopped onto Notion and feel even more Virgo Moon than ever before.
Biggest three visions expanded:
○ Abundance in time, money, and energy has finally entered the chat now that my nervous system has stopped preparing for loss.
○ Beach vacation w/o my laptop.
○ I started The Right Room Collective and the first event is happening in a few weeks!
summary of expansion:
The coaching calls were magic. Some days I felt vulnerable and cried. Other days I felt so motivated and fired up. On all of those days, I felt so seen, heard, and most importantly held by Maia and the community!
I met the best, most aligned, most alive version of myself in just a few months!
I learned to rest and do everything 5% slower. I read 7 fiction books in under 5 months (prior to that, I probably read 1 in my entire adult life). I reduced my work hours significantly with less guilt and anxiety. Best of all, I have more energy and feel more alive (and I didn't "die"). 🥰
Expansion, and being in Maia's orbit, has changed my life. To my type-A overachievers (bonus points if you're also the eldest daughter of immigrants) who were never taught or given permission to slow down, rest, and receive… Expansion is for you. You're welcome :).

I'll always associate Expansion with the question "why not? why is this not actually possible?" I think that was my biggest takeaway from the calls and the feedback: the allowance and permission to go ahead and do what I felt, what I doubted I could do.
I created and launched my website. I created and soft-launched my 1:1 mentorship, I came back to social media and to my digital life. I made substantial progress in defining my offer ecosystem, my creative systems and flows, and organising my back-end systems.
It doesn't feel final yet, but it's a BIG shift and progress. I shaped the vision for the studio I want to create, made a lot of good connections, and found Suzie (Expansion queen) whom I value at 100,000 euro or more. I relaxed into this version of life, moved from the North of Italy to the South, and created a lot of space to create more

○ I launched my website and first offer
○ I created space to integrate business and life and BE TRUSTING in motion (this was actually in my manifesto and my aims).
I feel like I put in so many seeds, and we'll see how they develop. It feels like a very fertile place to be.
summary of expansion:
Before Expansion I was ready to evolve. I'd decided this would be the time and space to finally take complete ownership of my life and do a 360 overhaul of how I work and stand in collaborations with others. I felt unanchored in structure and vision.
Now, after Expansion, I feel I can finally hold my big-picture vision while also allowing myself to show up every day and take the steps to move forward. I've been able to elevate my vision and bring it to a level of integration and coherence that feels aligned with my full self, not just one part of me. Through Expansion I've been testing what that looks like, coming out with different offers, testing the level of expression I was engaging with, and moving back into visibility, creating space to be known and to move forward with my full voice.
nervous system shifts:
I've substantially relaxed into body and structure. I've become more aware of my masculine-feminine energy patterns, much more aware of collapse and freeze, and MUCH FASTER at recovering towards agency.
I have much more responsibility and creative authority over my process, life, and presence. I feel I can show up for myself much better and move towards agency and desire more swiftly. I melted a lot of unsafety I'd been carrying from a long time in misaligned spaces. I'm rewriting my relationship with time and energy capacity: not constantly pushing beyond capacity and leaking my energy everywhere it can't nourish me. I'm enjoying life and creating. I started seeing a timeline and feeling like I can do one thing at a time. I feel more comfortable being seen in the process, knowing I can move forward as I go. I feel more at ease in my body, and I look better.

I came to Expansion just after selling my half of a brick-and-mortar yoga studio I'd co-owned for 15 years, wondering what my next step was going to be. Even before the program officially began, in the first weeks of moving through the curriculum on my own, I already knew I was getting far more than my money's worth, because what Maia has built brought me home to myself in ways that are almost embarrassing to admit, given the professional career I've had. Dedicating myself to a regular practice has been a game changer for my embodiment, my authenticity, and my business. And it's not only me who expanded: my husband and I keep laughing about how he's along for the ride too. We've both stretched ourselves in interesting and fruitful ways since I began.

summary of expansion:
The entire experience was incredibly positive, nurturing, welcoming, and most of all, supportive. I was so happy to be a student following a clear path. I felt like everything was laid out expertly for me.
Most importantly, I have been regular with my daily practice from the very first day I began it. As a former endurance athlete, I didn't doubt that I would be able to, but it still feels really gratifying. I'm also just wrapping up my biggest month of revenue. I adopted Maia’s Profit First system adaptation: I read about it years ago but just never bothered. Everything feels clearer, easier, and more expanded.
If you're on the fence, if you feel like maybe you're too old (I’m 53!), or an outlier of some kind, or that you'd already know all the material inside, let me tell you: it's going to change your life.
The presence Maia brings to everything, from the asynchronous part of the course to the live calls to her feedback within the group, is truly a thing of beauty. I felt so seen. I felt so held. And I feel so expanded now.
